Our client is a specialist Mechanical and Electrical contractors based in Dartford, Kent. They are currently looking to recruit a Mechanical PM / Supervisor to join their team to run and/or assist in running the mechanical side of M&E projects up to ??500k.
The ideal candidate would be someone who has worked up from the tools and was potentially looking to make the jump from supervisor/foreman to office PM. You must be computer literate and live reasonably local to their offices in Dartford, Kent as this role will be mainly office based with weekly site visits.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing direct and specialist labour
- Planning and programming of works
- Health & Safety RAMS
- Ordering materials
- Liaison with clients
- Generally representing the company
Majority of their work is high end residential, but also commercial, New build and refurbish schools and hospitals.
Salary ??40,000-??55,000 Inc dependent on experience.
