City Motors in St Philips Causeway, Bristol is part of the successful multi-franchised Carco Group.

We currently have an exciting vacancy for a Digital Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our busy and friendly Marketing Department.

The purpose of the role is to assist the Marketing Manager to deliver professional written and verbal Digital Customer communications.

Duties include:

Working closely with Franchise Sales Management and Manufacturers
Working closely with Marketing Manager to carry out reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) e.g. electronic enquiries, internal response times to enquiries, LiveChat
To action Lead Management for all franchises
Carry out regular detailed checking, correction and Data input on a daily basis
Assist Marketing  by answering incoming telephone calls 

You will need:
Computer literacy with the ability to operate a standard PC
Basic knowledge or interest in database functions
Microsoft Office Skills with ability to produce reports
The ability to stick closely to routine operations and procedures.
The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and customers
Commitment to pursue personal development of skills and knowledge for the effective performance of the role
Good written and verbal Communication with an eye for detail.

The role is based at St Philips Causeway. Bristol.
Hours are Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
Holidays are 30 days per full year, including statutory holidays.
