Big Tyres Ltd is an internet tyre retailer and we are currently looking to recruit a customer sales advisor based in the centre of Nottingham.   We encourage our staff to develop and grow with the company and promote our current staff wherever possible.  Big Tyres Ltd. is a private limited company and provide a friendly supportive working environment.

The sales advisor responsibilities will include answering customer's enquiries by email or telephone and maximising the likelihood of a sale.     An excellent sales advisor must be energetic and outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills.   The ideal candidate will already have a basic knowledge of tyre products and be able to acquire a thorough knowledge of the company's products and computer systems.    The goal is to facilitate sales in every possible way in order to drive sustainable growth.

The candidate will have proven experience as a sales advisor or other customer sales role, be tech savvy with a working knowledge of computer systems and data bases.  They will be patient and comfortable dealing with complaints, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.   We anticipate the candidate will progress to the role of Sales Manager.  

The hours of work will be 8.30am-5.00 pm Monday-Friday, with four weeks holiday plus Bank Holidays.   Salary will be negotiable.
