Restaurant Supervisor (brasserie) - Epsom
As a Restaurant Supervisor within The Fountain restaurant, you are responsible for delivering an exceptional level of service to our members at all time.
The Fountain Brasserie is a contemporary and stylish restaurant offering an extensive menu from Breakfast to Dinner and is very popular with our members meaning that the restaurant can get very busy during service times. The Fountain has prime spot at the club, behind our impressive and elegant fountain and overlooks two very impressive 18 hole golf course.
As the Restaurant Supervisor you play a big part in making sure that each service runs as seamlessly as possible. This will be through efficient planning and preparation before each service and supervising the restaurant team to ensure that they provide the highest level of standards expected by our members.
Previous experience in a supervisory role is essential and you must have strong team leadership skills. Working within a high end establishment and clientele would be beneficial for this role due to the nature of the environment and you must possess the ability to work well under pressure, think on your feet and have a high level of initiative.
