Established for 20 years, we have been providing top quality maintenance and support in central London. We specify and install new hardware and software, provide after-sale support for IT infrastructure and resolve any computer issues. An opportunity has now arisen for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our team.

This is a demanding but rewarding role with solid 2nd/ 3rd line experience ready to take their next step in IT support. The successful candidate will benefit from ongoing training and the possibility of career progression.

As a 3rd Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing network support to SME clients. Joining a friendly team in a busy and face-paced environment, you act as the first point of contact for clients.

To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Managing TCP/IP protocols as well as strong networking skills including fault tracing
- VPN & Firewall management
- A full knowledge of Microsoft Server, Active Directory, SCCM integration and Microsoft Exchange full Admin / Installation
- Extensive knowledge and management of data backup, both internal & cloud
- Knowledge of both server and desktop hardware
- Excellent Interpersonal skills

As a customer facing Support Engineer, you must have strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
