Project Manager OFTO

About the role
Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager OFTO to join our Power Transmission & Distribution business.



Based in Derby, this role will report into the Senior PM and work on one of our projects.



What you'll be doing


As a Project Manager, you will:




Develop and maintain OFTO AMR services that meet the standards of a prudent operator/asset manager
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the OFTO Services Asset Management System
Provide line management for the OFTO AMR Services team
Provide direction and support for team members through regular one to ones and to facilitate a culture of team work and personal development
Ensure all OFTO AMR services staff are qualified and competent to deliver OFTO AMR services



Who we're looking for
You will:




Be a Degree, or HND qualified, engineer working towards professional accreditation
Have an operational understanding of the OFTO sector and its key stakeholders
Have an operational understanding of transmission networks in the UK or Europe
Have the experience in the development and delivery of O&M service contracts
Have experience within other complex hazardous operational environments
Be self motivated, reliable and calm under pressure with a positive attitude
