We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Compliance working in our Property Services department.
In this key role you will be accountable for property compliance, servicing and inspection across Paradigm whilst leading and operationally managing the Group's property compliance strategy. You will also ensure it is ed to the business plan as well as delivering a safe, customer focussed, value for money service.
Further to this your main responsibility will be to ensure that effective property compliance servicing and inspection delivery is carried out that meets Paradigm's statutory, regulatory and policy requirements and is integrated with the wider Property Services function overall.
Other duties will include planning appropriate budgets to fulfil servicing, inspection and repairs plans and meet service standards in conjunction with the Director of Property Services. You will also develop and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external customers of Paradigm.
Essentially you should enjoy working within a busy team, have excellent communication skills, with good financial acumen and awareness in managing multiple teams. You need to be able to plan your time and a busy workload effectively. Previous experience of compliance is essential.
