Beaumont Select is a well established local Recruitment business. We are looking for a Finance Manager / Bookkeeper with current Sage Line 50 experience to take charge of our finance and bookkeeping.
This would suit someone with a proven track record in accounts and someone that can take full ownership of our company accounts and finances. The role will include:
- Utilising Sage Line 50, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Monthly reporting such as P&L and Management Accounts
- Balancing and reconciling all bank accounts
- Maintaining the debtor book with first class credit control
- Petty Cash reconciliation
- Maintaining the purchase and payments ledger
- Quarterly VAT returns, EC Sales List and other HMRC reports
- Administering payroll and liaising with outsourced payroll provider
- Prompt Sales invoice generation
- Prompt Supplier invoice validation, contractor timesheet checking and ad-hoc statement creation
- Responsible for all supplier queries and resolution
- Other ad-hoc duties
The Successful Applicant will have:
- A proven track record in accounts
- Knowledge and experience with double entry bookkeeping/ accounts to trial balance
- Excellent working knowledge Sage Line 50 and Excel skills
- The ability to work autonomously without too much support
You will need to work in our office situated in Springfield Road, Horsham, West Sussex
Someone with previous Recruitment Experience would be highly desireable.
