EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
SAP Education EMEA is seeking an energetic and dynamic individual with either an instructor or consulting background in either the SAP Technology or Solution areas to join us in the exciting role of an Education Senior Consultant. The major work will be delivering classroom and virtual classroom training in the UKI, a smaller number of course days as well in the Netherlands, Belgium and the Nordic region. Responsibilities of the Education Consultant include:
Teaching classes, also international, virtual live classroom (VLC) training Content creation and moderation for social networking within Learning Rooms of SAP Learning Hub Qualification of customer specific training courses: Customer liaison to point of content agreement Course development and adaptation to specific customer needs, potentially being course owner (global responsibility and support of trainings) Quality assurance with respect to material, system and other instructors not teaching full time Professional support for Education Sales (for example clarification on topic) Training needs analysis for customers and lead generation for Education Sales Acts as a trusted advisor with respect to Education
The candidate will report into the Head of Centre of Education Excellence, SAP Education EMEA, Location of role will be based at SAP UK's headquarters near Heathrow

WORK EXPERIENCE
3 Years experience as an Instructor or Consultant (in SAP Technology, or Solution areas) with preferably a strong educational background Fluency in social learning tactics (Learning Rooms).
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
University degree preferably computer science or Business Administration Train the trainer workshop or comparable soft skill training for presentation skills Excellent team player, intercultural experience and sensitivity Ability to work on own initiative and excellent time management.
