Platinum Recruitment's Chef Division is currently representing a stunning boutique hotel in St Andrews, Fife and we have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Demi Chef de Partie to join their team.
Client
This stunning privately owned town house hotel offers fine dining to a rosette standard, it's a boutique wedding destination & has always maintained a top reputation that is set to continue with a dynamic team of ambitious chefs & management alike. The restaurant enjoys a top reputation, set within walking distance of St Andrews famous golf course.
Role
Demi Chef de Partie required to join a small but skilled team of chefs, duties to include maintaining a section, assisting with the development of junior chefs as well as being versed in all aspects of health & safety.
Ideally you will have a rosette background or experience at 3 star hotel level.
This is a full time role with every opportunity to progress, develop & attain additional future responsibilities & accolades
