An exciting opportunity has arisen to support a local insurer throughout a time of expansion. If you have a proven track record in insurance customer service, insurance sales or customer coordination, read on!
Our clients are diverse in the services they provide, and manage a range of clients, both local and national! In joining them, your daily responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Providing quotations for new customers, and following up to hear their thoughts
- Managing policy renewals and midterm adjustments
- Managing customer queries via telephone, email, and occasionally in person
- Actively cross-selling and up selling to an existing client base
The successful candidate will be able to communicate seamlessly with a huge variety of clients, and will know the importance of delivering a high quality, friendly service to all they encounter. Additionally, we're on the lookout for someone with a keen eye for detail, some knowledge of FCA guidelines/scripts, and a confident, innovative approach toward identifying areas for additional business.
As our clients are going through a very busy period, the right candidate will be a real self starter. If successful, you will join a small, hardworking, friendly team and have a noticeable impact upon their operation.
This is a full time role, available on a permanent basis, and will involve working from 9am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday.
