Job Title: Recruitment Administrator

Salary: £14,000 - £16,000

Work hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

Training and Development

This position is for someone looking to pursue a career in Customer Service, Training, Account management, Implementation, Recruitment or Sales. Within this position you will receive on going training with the option to attend our daily sales development sessions.

The day-to-day duties

This role will be to support both Recruitment Specialists and/or provide candidate and client support for our wide range of clientele. This role will consist of posting adverts, providing first line support and answering the phone to provide first class customer service to both customers and applicants. This is a demanding role but if you a prepared to rise to the challenge this will provide a prosperous future with an ever growing team and an organisation that is thriving within its field.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications required:

  • Previous experience administration and data entry experience
  • Confidence to learn and develop through continuous training and development
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently and think on your feet
  • PC literate
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written
  • The ability to build a strong rapport.
  • Strong accuracy skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Confidence, drive and an outgoing personality
