THE CANDIDATE
We have the right opportunity for you. Our clients are recruiting for an experienced Letting's Manager to head up and oversee the lettings operation at the Coventry office.
This is a brand new and exciting role that offers the right individual a fantastic platform to develop the lettings offering across further branches as we expand.
Your knowledge of the lettings industry as well the regulation's that surround it must be of the highest level and you must be a proven deal closer as well as being able to build lasting relationships.
This opportunity is based in Coventry and you will be working alongside the leading Estate Agency in City with the successful candidate required to spot, create and close opportunities in and around the Coventry area. We are looking for someone that has exceptional local knowledge and can present themselves confidently in an attempt to win business and drive the lettings operation to success.
You will need to show success of winning business as well as innovative ways of marketing in order to promote our brand to become recognised as a leading name in Lettings.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
You must be a proven deal closer.
Industry knowledge and past experience essential.
Ability to self-motivate and manage.
You must be able to spot and create opportunities.
Someone that can motivate and manage a team.
Impeccable appearance and communication skills.
ARLA Qualification advantageous but not essential.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Responsible for creating lettings opportunities in and around the Coventry area.
Valuing and Listing properties for let.
Arranging viewings and negotiating between Landlords & Tenants.
Carrying out inspections and inventories as well as dealing with re-lets and any disputes.
Ensuring all literature is materially correct and legal.
Conducting customer care calls and managing portfolio of manage stock. LOCATION Coventry, West Midlands SALARY GBP20,000 -GBP24,000 + Benefits (OTE GBP40,000)
