A new and exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Test Analyst. Reporting to our Head of Testing & Quality Assurance, you will support the Test Manager and the Project Management team to ensure all projects are delivered in line with customer budgets and quality criteria. You will also be involved in establishing and developing governance standards as well as applying industry standard best practice in Test and Quality Assurance across all company projects.

Other key responsibilities will include:

- Working on multiple customer projects - from pre-sales through to final delivery
- Contributing to, and meeting, Key Performance Indicators at both individual and team level
- Analysing test requirements and functional specifications for validation purposes
- Recording results and reporting on progress to all project stakeholders
- Attending Learning & Development training sessions to enhance the technical and soft skill requirements of the role.

Well organised and confident in presenting to others, you will need strong attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritise a range of tasks and projects - working independently or collaboratively within a team. Hands-on experience of manual and automated software testing with experience of methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile is also required. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are essential with strong time management and problem solving skills.

In addition to the above, sound knowledge of ISEB/ISTQB in Software Testing as well as experience of ETL processes is essential. SSIS, SSRS and SSAS and experience of SQL and database management are also required. Other qualities include previous experience in front and back end testing of multi-tier architecture, web applications and cross browser testing including mobile device testing. And if you have knowledge of SharePoint, that would be a bonus!
