Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working with an exciting and prestigious Kent based Insurance Broker who are looking to expand their already successful Professional Indemnity team.
We are looking for a candidate with a good level of PI experience, either as their specialist subject or as part of a wider understanding of other Commercial Insurance covers, the role will require a strong technical understanding of this area as well as experience in dealing with relevant clients at various levels.
The role
- The main purpose of the role is to assist in growing the PI account, arranging and securing the appropriate cover at a competitive price as well as securing renewal retention and assisting with overseeing the day to day running of the department and providing support and training to less experienced members of the team.
- You will play a large part in business development which will involve meeting prospective clients so will be comfortable researching and gathering intelligence and will have the confidence to represent the business out in the field. Relationship management is a key part of this fantastic role.
- You will receive full support from the Admin and Claims team as well as all the tools you need to be really successful and play an important role in the growth of an exciting, stable and expanding business you will be joining at a really great time.
The salary is negotiable depending on experience and there will be some flexibility on how the package is made up, this company are looking for a high quality individual to reflect this.
