Purchase Ledger Clerk - Crowne Plaza Five lakes ?
We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our busy Accounting Team. Ideally you will Purchase Ledger experience and will have gained this experience within a Hotel. You must be a people person, have great communication skills be highly organised and very standards focussed
Job Overview
All aspects of Purchase Ledger, inputting invoices, reconciling supplier statements and processing payments. Administer procurement system (Procure Wizard) including liaising with suppliers and hotel personnel.

Duties and Responsibilities
Day to day processing of the Purchase Ledger
Reconciling supplier statements
Dealing with supplier statements and queries
Petty Cash reconciliation.
Processing commission claim
Processing expenses
Accountability
This role reports directly to the Hotels Financial Controller.
Qualifications and Requirements
Higher education qualification / working towards AAT or equivalent and one years in hotel accounting , or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent IT skills including Intermediate level Excel. Must speak fluent English.
This is a hands on role that requires you to have excellent timekeeping, attention to detail to ensure all
