Business Development Executive - Must LOVE sports!!
Salary: 28,000 Euro's + uncapped commission + company car + pension + healthcare
Location: Northampton & Bedfordshire
Think you can sell to Publicans & hotel managers?
Are you nuts about Sports and can talk about it all day?
I'm on the lookout for highly tenacious Business Development Executives who have 1-2 years B2B field sales experience, are recent graduates and who love to meet, exceed and smash targets and have the figures to prove they have generated new business within their previous roles
You will be a complete Sports fanatic - literally living and breathing it!
This is a very exciting opportunity for the right person and the rewards are phenomenal as the bonus structures are uncapped.
If you have experience selling to licensed trade, then even better as you will be building relationships by engaging in conversations about Sports, using a more consultative sales approach, building pictures in your client's heads of the packages you will be selling to them.
The Business Development Executive needs to have natural flair and strong commercial acumen built into their nature. You need to be a sales hunter, hungry for the next sale and thrive in a targeted, performance measured culture.
Resilience and the ability to bounce back are an essential quality to sell into this market.
This is a field based role where you'll be supported by a National Sales Manager.
You will also see your patch as managing your own business and have the intelligence to make your clients feel like they need the packages you are selling without it being a hard-sell. If you have experience of closing deals on the spot, then even better.
So, if you are in a field sales position ATM, have experience as a Business Development Executive, hold a driver's license and experience selling B2B, with the right attitude, (did I mention being a complete sports nut?) then I would love to hear from you!
