I am currently recruiting for an Internal Account Manager for an established client in the Nottinghamshire area.
The successful candidate must have fantastic communication skills, have experience delivering excellent customer service and be confident working in a busy environment with the ability to manage clients accounts effectively. Within the role you will be supporting the clients and internal departments, including liaising with clients on a daily basis, processing orders, handling issues/queries, quotations and generating reports. You will also be expected to develop relationships and ensure excellent customer service / Account management is delivered to the clients whilst also identifying areas for potential new business. The ideal candidates will have previous Account Management experience and a good customer service / administrative background.
