Are you looking for your next HR Officer role?
Our client - a leading multi-site food manufacturing business, has an opportunity for an HR generalist to join their busy HR function. You will need previous HR Officer or equivalent experience to apply for this Interim HR Officer role.
You'll support a fast-paced food manufacturing facility to cover a 12 month period of planned absence. As you'd expect within a food manufacturing business it is essential that you are accustomed with the normal day to day activities around grievances, disciplinaries and recruitment and have the ability to advise Department Managers within the business.
It is essential that you enjoy the pace and ever-changing priorities of any FMCG environment. Recruitment is a key focus within this role so experience of dealing with fast-paced agency requirements would be a real positive. This role reports to the HR Manager and will have accountability for supporting and coaching a small HR team.
It's not essential that you can start immediately for this role. There may be some flexibility on a start date, so if you're available before the end of June and you're looking for your next challenge then please apply below.
