Our client are currently looking to recruit an experienced Installation & Validation Technician to join their expanding team.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate previous installation and testing / validation experience across one or more of the following areas:
- Cleanrooms (however refrigeration and other similar areas would also be considered)
- HVAC Systems
- Working in acute / aseptic / critical medical environments
Candidates will need to be / must be prepared to be highly mobile, based around a Monday to Friday working week, with some opportunity for overtime available. A van will be provided for company business use, in addition to paid expenses allowances for meals and accommodation. A 10% performance related bonus is also payable for the role.
Key responsibilities will include:
Installation
- Support the right first time, on time installation of cleanrooms to agreed business standards
- Liaise with the Project and Planning team to ensure on time delivery of projects
- Communicate effectively with the end customer
Validation
- Complete the validation of new and existing cleanrooms to defined quality standards and procedures
- Generation of validation reports to the agreed business standard and format
- Manage schedules in line with Planning to ensure effective use of travel time and geographic location
Production:
- Work with the warehouse function to support the efficient assemble of cleanroom sub-components
- Assembly and test of sub-assemblies to defined business processes and procedures
- Support the pre-site preparation of cleanrooms and other products as required
Management System Compliance
- Ensure hazardous situations that may lead to a Health & Safety, Quality or Environmental loss are reported promptly and appropriately
- Operate within the companies ISO9001 and ISO14001 frameworks
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to
- Ensure standards of housekeeping are maintained to ensure a safe and productive working environment
- Ensure Quality procedures are adhered to and appropriate quality records are maintained
