£30,000 Basic (OTE £42,000+ Uncapped) + £5K Sales Annual Incentive + 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.

We are currently recruiting an accomplished Business Development Manager who will be responsible for direct channel new business sales. The role-holder will nurture new business and initial account management duties under the client project is assigned an Account Manager.

About You:

+ Solid new business experience preferably gained in a marketing solutions, software solutions or HR environment
+ Possess a proven/documented record of new business success
+ Have highly productive communications skills with the ability to manage multiple forms of client contact on a daily basis. 
+ Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

You may have worked in the following capacities:
Marketing Solution Sales, Software Sales, HR Rewards Sales, FMCG Promotion Sales
