Telesales Agent - The Grand Hotel
The Grand Hotel in Eastbourne are recruiting for a Part Time Telesales Agent to join our Club Membership and Reservations Office
When you join us:
You will run our Club Membership office which is based in our Reservations department. You will be responsible for the pro-active selling of our Club Elite Membership and in order to do this you will have an up to date knowledge of all products and facilities offered within the membership You will be processing membership and renewals You will be organising regular membership newsletters in conjunction with our marketing department You will be working part time, 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Normal working hours are 9am-2.30pm however we are happy to be flexible on start and finish times.
What we need from you:
To be polite, well presented and personable. Good customer service and interpersonal skills essential, enabling you to work efficiently within a close team. An excellent telephone manner, and be comfortable with telesales Possess a excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal Enthusiasm to learn and the ability to hit the ground running with a smile on your face is essential.
