Property Inventory Clerk

An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Property Inventory Clerk to join Pinstripe Inventories covering the St. Andrews and Dundee areas over the Summer with an immediate start. Full or part time positions available, working 5 of 7 days a week, with flexible hours which will include some weekends and evenings. We will also consider self-employed positions. 

At Pinstripe we provide a modern inventory service to clients throughout Scotland, using iPads to create detailed PDF reports of rental properties. 

The job will involve collecting keys from letting agents, creating reports, meeting tenants and working to a deadline. Pinstripe is a dynamic company and aims to create an enjoyable place to work.

An ideal Property Inventory Clerk will hold the following skills and experience:

• Excellent time keeping skills
• Excellent literacy skills
• A personable manner
• Good attention to detail
• A valid driving licence and own transport

No previous inventory experience necessary as full and extensive training provided.

Remuneration will be in the region of £8.25 per hour, or on a per job basis.  Additional hours will be available, and the possibility to continue in a permanent role after the summer.
