The Opportunity:
 An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a local high end residential developer who have a focus building at the top end of the market delivering high quality homes that will be sustainable for future generations. They are seeking someone who is commercially astute with an eye for detail that can be challenged and in terms of their experience.

This is a great chance for someone to join a comapny and grow as they do learning at all stages and adding value.

 
The Candidate:
My client is looking for a strong ambitious individual, with knowledge of the construction process.

Initially you will act as a buyer, negotiating the purchase of materials before then ensuring timely delivery on site and thereafter correct installation. The role will evolve and develop so you will need to be confident in developing realtionships with the sub-contractors, drafting agreements and monitoring onsite work and payments.

Ideally you will have experience working within the new build residential market with a similar developer.

Desirable Criteria:

Degree/HND/HNC in Construction or Quantity Surveying

Experience overseeing multiple projects.

Rewards / Incentives:
Up to £28,000 per annum for the ideal candidate
