This is a new post which has been prompted by growth in our client's Care Services and an increased number of transactions which require urgent decisions to be made on funding availability.
The successful candidate will sit in the Care Services department supporting the Senior Care Services Manager and will report to the Head of Finance.

Location: Cannock, Staffordshire
25 hours a week - 5 hours a day Monday to Friday (ideally 12pm to 5pm)
Salary: Between £11.50 and £12.00 per hour dependent on experience
As this role will sit in the working heart of the charity, you will need to understand and comply with the confidential nature of the work in the department. You will work alongside Nurses and other professionals who deliver our care services.
In this role you will use your financial skills to reconcile all the income, restricted and unrestricted and allocate funding across the grants and services when need arises.
This is a rewarding post for someone who wants to use their financial skills to contribute to improving the lives of disabled and terminally ill children and their families.
For operational reasons, this is a 5 day a week role and we cannot consider an arrangement to do more hours over less days, or more hours some days and less on other days. Candidates must be able to offer 5 hours on each of the 5 days however they could consider all mornings, instead of all afternoons, but could not accept some morning and some afternoons.
