Sales Executive / Telesales Executive / Lead Generator, Based in Bolton, Basic salary of £17,000 - £18,000 with a 1st year OTE of £24,200 - £25,200. Every sales person achieves their OTE in year 1.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive / Telesales Executive / Lead Generator to work for a leading training provider (no industry experience is required as full training and support will be given). We are keen to hear from candidates who have outbound sales (B2B or B2C), telesales, lead generator or similar experience who are driven and keen to progress. This is not a hard-sell sales role, the company sell professionally and ethically to established businesses. You will be selling funded training solutions to businesses that include tax incentives and grants that are highly beneficial to businesses and offer them an exceptional ROI. There will be an opportunity to develop excellent relationships with businesses and to get lots of repeat business.

Applicants will need to have some previous Sales, Telesales or Lead Generator experience. The successful candidate will receive first class training and support to ensure you are successful in the role and that you achieve your targets and get paid excellent bonuses!

Put simply, the purpose of the role is to: Build a Sales Pipeline, Manage existing customers, Uncover New Opportunities and to fully understand the training and apprenticeship solutions that you will be selling. You will making outbound calls to generate leads from within IT and Digital companies and departments who want to work with the Northwest’s leading provider.

The company’s teams work together to achieve targets and share success and knowledge. They have regular social events and work only Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm and have hit every target for the last 15 months.
