Job Title: Recruitment Administrator

Location: Upminster

Salary: Competitive

Due to our clients continued success and resulting growth, they are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join a supportive and engaging team who bring together fantastic knowledge and experience across the HR function, you will be responsible for covering a variety of aspects of recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make verbal offers to candidates and organise the on-boarding process
  • Administer HR related documentation such as offer letters, contracts of employment and new starter packs
  • Carrying out right to work checks, checks of qualifications & certificates and obtaining references
  • To ensure confirmation emails are sent out to candidates and hiring managers confirming the relevant information
  • To screen and send CVs to the relevant managers depending on the open recruitment vacancies.
  • To monitor the recruitment inbox and respond to email queries from potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Liaising with the job boards and agencies on the Preferred Supplier List (PSL) to register vacancies and receive CVs
  • Supporting with the company corporate induction
  • Liaising with hiring managers to arrange interviews and provide feedback post interview
  • Accurately inputting personal details into the HR system
  • Managing high volume vacancies and workloads
  • Supporting with any other relevant projects

Person Specification:

  • Situational and competency interviewing skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Exposure to busy/high pressure role
  • Proactive and innovative approach
  • Multi-tasking and comfortable in busy role
  • Proficient IT skills and familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Databases
  • A high level of confidentiality
  • The ability to work accurately with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer focussed
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Enjoys working with people
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team
