IBP Recruitment are looking for Customer Advisors for a branch of a highly regarded dealership based in Yeovil. You will be the face of this Dealership, as you become the main contact for customers dealing with the service department.
You need to be able to sell the workshop time, products and services in order to meet objectives.The ability to prioritise, co-ordinate and work on your own initiative is essential.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be computer literate and have good communication skills.
The main duties include the responsibility for the following:
,Taking care of customers, both face-to-face and on the telephone.
,You will be liaising between Vehicle Technicians and the customer.
,Explaining in detail any issues the Technicians identify and explaining the solutions.
,You will keep customers fully informed at all times.
The ideal candidate for this role should have the following skills & qualifications:
,12 months experience in a customer facing role.
,Highly organised and good timekeeping.
Working Hours: It is imperative that you have flexibility with working hours as it will include weekends.
