The Team Manager role is based within the Direct Business Specialist Team, Business Banking Portfolio Managed.
The role of the Team Manager is to be responsible for leading, coaching, motivating and developing a team of 12 Direct Business Specialists, servicing various products and propositions. Through actions promotes and holds accountability to the highest level of customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:
Being an ambassador for HSBC and develop the bank's profile in the local business and wider community Leading and managing a team of Direct Business Specialists Using customer insight and to tactically drive a clear understanding of customer needs within team of Business Specialists help them to manage the customer journey and support improvements in our customer experience / customer advocacy Building relationships with local stakeholders across Commercial Banking
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A track record of gaining an understanding of customers' needs and delivering excellent customer service achieve targets and meet expectations whilst supporting and encouraging others to do the same
Experience of supporting others' performance, enabling them to achieve by providing clear direction, motivation and support
Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered
Experience of complying with business processes, rules and regulations
The base location for this role is Swansea.
