The earliest start will be 5am and the latest finish would be 9pm. Although the permanent hours worked per week will be part time, there is the option of additional hours up to full time during peak season. Due to the location of the centre it would be beneficial if you hold a current driving licence and have access or own a car/transport.Holme Pierrepont Country Park is home to the National Water Sports Centre in Nottinghamshire, one of the UK`s premier sporting venues and outdoor leisure attractions. Situated just 10 minutes away from Nottingham city centre, yet feels a world away, Holme Pierrepont Country Park is set in 270 acres of beautiful parkland.Overview of the RoleThe Deli Chefs role is to work within the catering team to achieve high standards of service and customer care at all times. The role will ensure food is hygienically prepared and served in accordance with standards laid down by the Head Chef.Roles and responsibilitiesFood preparation for breakfast and buffets as required. Prepare Sandwiches and cakes (following recipes) for multiple units around site. Occasional Main Meal preparation and cooking. Ensure the Company Health and Safety Policy and Procedures and all relevant Food Safety Legislation is complied with. Carry out cleaning duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout. Undertake and record temperature checks and ensure high standards of food hygiene are maintained. Ensure customers are served promptly and efficiently. Prepare food and beverages as necessary in accordance with caf?? menus and as required by the Head Chef. Qualifications/Experience:Hold a NVQ Level 1 in catering is essential. Experience of working in a similar role/environment is essential. Excellent customer service and communication skills. A flexible approach to working hours.
