Position: Operations Manager
Location: London
Salary: Competitive (Dependent on Experience)

The Operations Manager Role:
The main purpose of this Operations Manager role is to build and run an efficient and effective operational team within the London commercial scaffolding business.

Key Responsibilities of the Operations Manager:

• Manage all operational areas (including on site operatives, equipment and transport arrangements)
• See projects through from start to finish and ensure that they adhere to budget, timescales and customer requirements
• Always promoting a positive safety culture

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum of 10 years scaffolding experience on major projects
• Qualified as an advanced scaffolder, holding an SMSTS card
• Sound product and technical knowledge with the ability to read scaffold drawings Understanding of Health and Safety and quality requirements
• Create and maintain good customer relationships
• Have good communication and leadership skills with the ability to deal confidently with individuals at all levels
• Must be passionate, driven and determined
