Our client is a leading employment support and training services company, helping people to transform their lives and businesses through work, training, education and financial advice. They work in partnership with governments, public sector organisations, private sector companies, voluntary and community groups to deliver a range of front line public services.

They now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Relationship Manager to join them where you will focus on developing employer relationships and links to develop our clients’ product offering. This is a permanent full time position based in Grimsby, covering the Humber and Greater Lincolnshire region.

As a Business Relationship Manager, you will work closely with training engagement officers, covering the operational responsibility for the assigned Academy and regional delivery. Co-ordinating all the job placements with the regional manager and working with the Supply Chain Manager to develop national accounts and contracts where applicable, you will understand the current labour market needs and support local business growth in line with regional delivery and Academy strategy.

Our client is looking for someone who has a Level 3 IAG Qualification (or is working towards this), coupled with previous experience in an engagement role. With experience in a Marketing or Sales role, you will have a local knowledge of LEP Strategic Development Plan and ideally an understanding of SFA and ESF Funding.

With excellent communication and presentations skills, the successful candidate will be a drive, self-motivated individual who has first-rate time management and organisational skills.
