Salary £22,000 - £26,000 dependant on experience

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a vibrant and highly motivated BDM to join our Commercial division based at our head office in Northallerton, North Yorkshire.

Core Responsibilities

* Optimise active new business opportunities, impact the P&L
* Prospect New Clients (Cold call, identify decision makers).
* Set & attend new business meetings.
* Present TKG/Avril, core values and strategic business solutions.
* Deliver new business sales.

Skills:

* Highly motivated & New business driven.
* Strong influencer/negotiator.
* Willingness to learn the volatile agricultural commodity markets.
* Track record in; prospecting, cold calling, meeting & closing new business opportunities.
* Experienced in presentation skills influencing management/director level.
* Consultative/strategic sales approach.
* IT literacy essential.

Requirements:

* Graduate Level - Business orientated degree preferred not essential.
* Previous sales experience (industry experience not essential, right candidate is!).
* Energetic/Enthusiastic/Driven.
