The Role
The Trust is looking for an enthusiastic Neighbourhood Servicing Operative to join their busy team.
Working as part of their Neighbourhood Servicing Team, you'll be working to provide high quality cleaning services and maintenance of internal and external communal spaces around their customers’ homes.
You will ensure that effective relationships are maintained with customers, working with the wider team you will also report and assist the Housing Officers to resolve any neighbourhood issues.
You will also work alongside other internal and external contractors where required, providing assistance and supporting two-person visits so the ability to communicate clearly is essential. You will be required to undertake ad hoc handyperson tasks such as changing light bulbs and fitting door handles.
You will have experience of providing excellent customer service, and have an understanding of relevant health and safety regulations in an Estates environment. You'll have experience and knowledge of the use of cleaning equipment, be organised and have a can do attitude and hold a full, clean driving licence
Knowledge of COSHH law and experience of using mobile devices, such a tablet, is beneficial.
