Pescado has an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager – Telecoms to join the team based in Ewloe, Flintshire. You will be on a full time permanent basis and be paid a highly competitive salary of £40,000 per annum plus OTE.

What you will be doing as our Account Manager – Telecoms
We are privileged to take care of thousands of diverse business customers across a wide range of industries. Our Account Managers provide customer care that is personal, it’s what makes us different. You will be responsible for a number of corporate accounts, providing proactive customer service to make sure your customers are not only happy with the services they receive but that they are getting the most out of the technology available to them.
You will be responsible for ensuring that your customers stay with the business long term, negotiating their renewal deals and through fully understanding their business be able to recommend and sell additional services that will help to enhance the way their company operates.
What you will need to become our Account Manager – Telecoms
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Account Management in a similar environment. Knowledge of hosted telephony, business connectivity, mobile contract negotiations and IT is required – our clients trust our advice so your knowledge needs to be apparent. You should be able to quickly build rapport over the telephone, have a natural ability to ask the right questions and have a demonstrable track record of delivering strong results in both sales and customer satisfaction.
You will enjoy working as part of a small team and be able to demonstrate a keen commercial approach when making decisions and building deals.
You will have a full driving licence and be able to travel to meet customers when required.
You will favour working in an entrepreneurial working environment rather than a large corporate style operation.
