Our support is out of this world.
So your impact is even greater.

Here at HMGCC, we provide communication systems and technical solutions that protect national security at home and overseas, now and for the future. Our Service Operations Centre is at the heart of this - helping us to deliver ground-breaking projects. Skilled at fostering effective working relationships, you'll thrive in this pivotal role - ensuring that we provide the best support in the UK, and around the globe.

The role

This is a diverse role that'll see you bringing multiple disciplines together. A confident communicator, you'll be responsible for the negotiation, implementation and delivery of our Service Level Agreements. Collaborating with internal teams, you'll really understand what our services are and just how critical they are to customers. As part of this, you'll document our services in a catalogue, and convert that into marketing opportunities. It's about making sure customers understand exactly what support we offer. Along with your data reporting, you'll analyse information effectively, translating this into clear business documents.

Interestingly, you'll also work with corporate SLA's - persuading different customers to come to the same agreements. It's a chance to step away from being an ambassador, while having robust, challenging conversations.

Your profile

Essentially, you'll be an outstanding natural communicator, able to foster effective relationships with ease. You'll demonstrate a natural ability to instil trust and inspire confidence. Driven and determined, you'll be keen to broaden your skill set and work with various ITIL disciplines. To join us, you'll need experience in a relationship management role, along with an understanding of SLAs, and ITIL processes.

We'd like you to be experienced in report generation and analysis, and, ideally, have an ITIL qualification. But, more importantly, you'll have a collaborative ethos and a forward-thinking outlook. Proactive, you'll create innovative solutions.

Rewards

In return, we'll provide all the training you need to develop your skills. You'll also get a great rewards package that includes flexible hours and a welcoming workplace.
