Interim Payroll Manager job Lincoln
Hays Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a large successful charity in the Lincoln area looking to recruit an Interim Payroll Manager for an 18 month period.
Reporting to the Head of Finance the role will see you managing a team of 8 staff processing 5,000 weekly and monthly paid across 13 payrolls. The role is predominantly to cover a maternity period of a year but will also include a hand over at either end of the contract and also will have an element of projects and process improvement work built in.
You will have recent and proven payroll and staff management experience gained in either the private or public sector and will be used to processing multiple payrolls and large numbers of employees as well as all round knowledge of all aspects of current legislation, year end returns, SMP/SSP/P11D's etc.
The successful candidate will be available to start work within the next 4 weeks and be living in a realistic commute area for Lincoln.
