The Role of Sales Team Manager
This role offers extraordinary autonomy, scope and potential for a driven sales manager to take a developed and performing team to the next level. Your job will be as much about growing the skills and knowledge of your team as it is about delivering impressive growth to an already successful company.
Your key tasks in this hands on role include developing and implementing the company's sales strategy, liaising with the internal marketing team to produce collateral for your campaigns, capitalising on significant new market opportunities and ensuring growth objectives are met.

Person Specification
You will be an experienced, ambitious and charismatic Sales and Business Development professional with the communication, mentoring, and team skills required to drive your experienced team forward.
Knowledge of IT and AV solutions would be advantageous but is not essential.
Personal credibility, vision, drive and enthusiasm are essential.
Above all you will need to demonstrate success at growing sales and creating new business opportunities within a fast moving, service lead sector.
