Where have all the Legal Secretaries gone???? If you are an experienced Legal Secretary exploring new options then we would very much like to hear from you!
Specifically, we are keen to locate a Legal Secretary who has gained experience of working within a Residential Property / Conveyancing department of a recognised law firm and who is keen to take on a new challenge.
Our client is a well established multi-office firm seeking additional support within their Conveyancing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience of working within a Conveyancing team but consideration will be given to those individuals who have strong experience in another area of law but would wish to move across to Residential Property.
The successful candidate will possess typing speeds of not less than 55wpm, will be superb at prioritising their workload and will pride themselves on their ability to deal with clients calmly over the telephone. You will assist fee earners within the department, undertaking audio / copy typing, organising diaries, opening files and dealing with any administrative duties associated with the role.
