My client, a Family owned Franchised Dealership, require an experienced CAR SALES EXECUTIVE for an immediate start for their busy multi franchise Dealership located South of CAMBRIDGE.
•Location: South of Cambridge
•Salary: GBP15,000 basic. GBP35,000+ OTE
•Benefits: 30 days holiday (inc bank hols), Company Car, Pension
HOURS OF WORK
The normal hours of work are an average of 45 per week. The working days and hours will vary as per the rota and will be as follows:
Week 1: will be required to work 8.00 am. to 17.00 pm. (Monday to Friday) and 9.00 am. to 17.00 pm. (Saturday) with a 30 minute unpaid break each day.
Week 2: will be required to work 9.00 am. to 18.00 pm. (Monday to Friday) and 9.00 am. to 17.00 pm. (Saturday) with a 30 minute unpaid break each day.
Sunday: will be required to work 1 day out of 3, 10.00 am to 16.00 pm. with a 30 minute paid break.
There will be half a day off each week which can be taken as a full day every other week. A full day in lieu is given for work completed on a Sunday. The day when the time off in lieu is taken is to be mutually agreed by the Line Manager but is usually a Saturday, giving a full weekend off every three weeks.
You may be required to work additional hours when authorised and as necessitated by the needs of the business.
REMUNERATION
Salary GBP 15,000.00 per annum plus Commission.
BENEFITS
This position has the benefit of a Company car, 10% retained unit profit pre-manufacturer bonus with a GBP50 per unit minimum on deals approved by Management, and further quarterly incentives. Company pension in place.
ANNUAL LEAVE AND PUBLIC/BANK HOLIDAYS
The holiday year begins on 1st January and ends on 31st December each year, during which you will receive a paid holiday entitlement of 30 days inclusive of public/bank holidays. In your first holiday year your entitlement will be proportionate to the amount of time left in the holiday year.
A full UK Driving License is required.
