If you're a Senior Developer skilled in both Server Side & client-side development and looking to get into an imaginative, innovative and enterprising software house based in the heart of London this could be the job for you.

The Job
As a Senior Developer, you will be part of a highly talented and dynamic development team of around 15 developers spilt into small Agile teams following XP & Lean practices, participating in daily stand up's, planning sessions and showcases. Your duties as a Senior Developer will be responsible for the building and operating of a bespoke content & rights management system, publishing platform, multi-tiered websites as well an online shop. Additional duties as a develop within the team will be collaborating with key business stakeholders and internal users to design and deliver experiences that will continue to attract new customers as well as existing to the web platforms. In return, you'll have access to the latest development tools and practices available in the market with the ability to put your creative ideas into production whilst mentor junior members of the team through XP/Pair Programming principles.

The Tech
In the job, a strong understanding in Server Side development using Java 8, Spring, Hibernate and SQL are essential to considered. Previous commercial experience or personal understanding in JavaScript, Angular/React, jQuery, HTML & CSS will be beneficial however not essential. On top of this, exposure working on high-transactional multi-threaded web applications and systems using Groovy or Scala will be big brownie points.

Strong understanding in Agile development principles (Scrum/XP/Lean/TDD/BDD) will be helpful to help you settle in quicker in the highly Agile environment.

Salary & Benefits
This job will pay a starting salary between GBP 60,000 - GBP 85,000 plus a wide range of benefits including pension scheme, bonus incentive, private medical, flexible working hours, 28 days holiday, training budget and more. Salary and total package can be flexible dependent on your skill set, level of experience as well as previous commercial exposure to similar a environment.

The Process
The interview process for this job couldn't be quicker and easy.
