Talent & Resourcing Partner - Milton Keynes - 35-40k + Benefits - 12 month FTC

My Milton Keynes client urgently seeks a Talent and Resourcing Partner with excellent stakeholder engagement, innovative attraction ideas and forward thinking approach.

As the Talent & Resourcing Partner, you will:
" Work closely with the Talent and Resourcing Manager to shape and deliver the overall Resourcing Strategy for your given function(s) to ensure the business is adequately and effectively resourced to deliver short to medium term strategic plans
" To ensure the Employer Branding/EVP is reflected throughout the whole recruitment and on boarding process for your areas of responsibility
" Where possible ensure the business is an employer of choice for internal and external talent
" Working closely with their Hiring Manager population to support functional recruitment ensuring recruitment and assessment processes are efficient, effective, and aligned to a remarkable candidate experience
" Work closely with their hiring managers to increase the capability of the hiring manager population through assessment tools, feedback and coaching
" Partner with their function(s) to define the short to mid-term view of talent requirements and key skills needed to fulfil short and medium term resourcing approach.
" For their areas define, implement and manage a focussed and progressive direct attraction/sourcing strategy ensuring the best possible candidate experience, including sourcing channels, management of our PSL and continuous review of assessment materials
" Working in conjunction with the HRBPs to implement a competency framework into selection tools used to assess candidates within the function and create a library of selection tools for use across all bands and functions
" Accountable for the calibre and quality of all external candidates presented to hiring managers within their functions, therefore directly affecting the quality of talent available to a function to deliver its business plans
" Work alongside the Talent & Development team and HRBPs to develop internal resourcing and talent mobility plans to ensure there are clear opportunities for internal candidates to progress their careers with the business, ensuring hiring ratios favour internal talent.
" Effectively manage and monitor key metrics relating to all aspects of recruitment and resourcing on a weekly and monthly basis
" Proactively manage the employer brand and on-line presence for your areas of responsibility
" Help define a clear social media strategy, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook etc.
" Works in partnership with the team's Talent and Resourcing Advisors to support channel optimisation for their functions and that a pipeline of talent is created for key and high volume roles
" To support the development of their team's Talent and Resourcing Advisors
" Ad hoc project work to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Resourcing function

Previous internal recruitment experience is essential.
