Senior Consultant / Financial Adviser - Employed - GBP40,000 - GBP100,00
We are currently recruiting for fully employed Independent Financial Adviser's for a well-respected name within the Industry
The Role
To deliver expert financial advice and a first class customer experience in a commercial manner which meets or exceeds budgeted revenues in a cost effective way in line with plans and budgets and in compliance with corporate values as communicated by and agreed with the Branch Head and from time to time from members of the Management Committee
Minimum Criteria
- Ideal candidate would be a Current IFAs or 'Wealth/IFA Bancassurance Advisers' with their own client base
- Full Diploma
- 2 years post CAS experience
- Candidates must have experience of giving 'full' and 'ongoing' advice (particularly important regarding 'Wealth/IFA Bancassurance' candidates) and the process of giving a review that is not necessarily leading to an immediate sale
- Be able to demonstrate making very 'strong' customer relationships - regular reviews etc
- Consultants must be able to achieve business income to meet '2 x Salary' in their first year, and '3.5 x Salary' for year 2 onwards
This position offers a basic salary of GBP40,000 with an OTE of GBP100,000
