We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive who is seeking an opportunity to further their career and join our professional HR Team. We welcome creativity and strategic thinking and are receptive to new ideas.

We are a professional HR Consultancy providing pragmatic solutions to our clients in the SME sector, focusing on quality, team work and customer care across the range of HR specialisms and expertise. Our offices are on the ground floor of The Manor House, designed by Edwin Lutyens, providing a rare opportunity to work in a beautiful historic building.

About you:

+ A Marketing professional who is working towards or has gained Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing
+ In order to deliver excellent customer service, you will be client focused with an understanding of HR and the services we provide 
+ Extremely organised with planning and organising skills which are second to none
+ Proactive, able to work autonomously and make decisions when necessary
+ Able to work successfully in a team environment
+ You will pay great attention to detail and deliver quality work 
+ Confident and friendly, with excellent communication skills
+ A ‘can do’ hands-on approach – you will need to be able to multi-task and react quickly to changing work plans
+ Flexible and adaptable to meet the challenges of the business, with the flexibility to work extra hours for projects, as required
+ Significant experience of CRM systems (knowledge of Infusionsoft an advantage)
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with Advanced Word, Powerpoint and Outlook skills
+ Working knowledge of InDesign 

The Marketing Executive Role:

Reporting to the Management Team, you will be responsible for a broad range of marketing and public relations activities, including:

+ Writing copy for Seminars, Events and Award submissions
+ Blogs – research and writing copy
+ Branding
+ The Website and SEO
+ Social Media
+ Case Studies
+ E mail and other marketing campaigns
+ An understanding of Google Analytics and running reports
+ Marketing Campaigns
+ CRM campaign management
+ Marketing Supplier Relationships
