The Service Delivery team has 14 Staff with a variety of ages and characters.
Our Company culture is to have fun while working hard. Often with large social events organised during the year.
Currently looking for a passionate and energetic individual for a role with a company that delivers ICT Support mainly to education customers.
Interested candidates should have strong IT skills and be a good communicator as this is a customer facing role, and be eager to take your technology knowledge to the next level.
Responsibilities
- To work in partnership with customers and other Technicians to resolve associated ICT problems, queries and requests
- Provide ICT problem resolution in response to Service Desk calls from users
- Use a high standard of customer service and professionalism to support users by telephone, on-site or by remote access to their systems
- Make appropriate records of actions and keep customers informed of progress
- Use own skills, experience and judgement within standard operating procedures to meet or exceed current service level agreements, including timeframes
- Proactively, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair hardware issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices and Audio Visual equipment
Qualities/requirements
- Strong IT skills
- Being a good communicator as this is a customer facing role
- Hard working
Qualifications required
Minimum of 5 GCSE's including Maths and English (D and above)
Additional information
During your apprenticeship you'll study for a recognised technology qualification
Key tasks:
- IT Service desk
- Onsite service calls
- Software Installations
- IT Hardware Installations including PC's, laptops,, iPads, servers.
- IT Hardware repairs
Benefits/ Other Important Information
- 37.5 hours a week between 8am and 5pm
- GBP150 per week increasing to Living Wage after completing first year of Apprenticeship
- Having a driving licence is desirable
