Responsibilities:
In particular, the role of Inside Sales Manager will:
Be responsible for the leadership of c. 13 Inside Sales professionalsRecruit, develop and coach team members to fulfil their potential and aspirationsPlay a leading role in the July deployment of the InsideSales.com platformDevelop and maintain a detailed understanding of Inside Sales industry best practicesMake significant contribution to the Insides Sales StrategyMotivate, coach and direct the team to achieve both revenue and new business sales targetsIdentify training requirements and action across sales, product and propositionDevelop, refine and action upon our Inside Sales key performance indicators

Essential:
Proven sales track record and New Business developmentExperience in Inside Sales ManagementExtensive Coaching ExperienceExperience of defining, capturing, interpreting and auctioning KPIsAn ability to manage multiple critical objectives without conflict; compliance, customer satisfaction, sales revenue, new business generation, team engagementExperience, willingness and aptitude to contribute towards the sales strategy of National SalesAn ability to work cohesively as part of a successful team and have a 'One Experian' approach
