Retail Assistant Store Manager

Ideally you will have previous retail and face to face sales experience. You will be a quick learner who will display high levels of customer service and an ability to work well within a team as well as having previous experience of working in a management or supervisory role and now searching for the next exciting phase in your career.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Provide support to the Store Manager
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and monitored
- Ensure branch sales targets are reached
- Ability to drive in-store business
- Ensure store compliance is met
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivate and drive great sales results through your team

We are currently recruiting for a variety of new shops opening across the Greater London Area.

Benefits :

A competitive salary is offered on a 40 hours' minimum contract plus bonus and staff discount. Full training will be provided to gain great product and process knowledge.
