Our Cardiff office has had a great 2016 finishing ahead of budgets, targets and profits!
We have an established IT Recruitment team in Cardiff that work alongside our European ERP teams and have a healthy contract day book and a consistent strong permanent pipeline. Our consultants currently dual desk and work across the whole of the UK without any restrictions, but as we look forward to next year, we are keen to start formulating specific verticals and specific geographic regions.
It's a good time to join us. We're ahead of budgets and targets, the chance to come in and define your market/vertical is certainly available, and we are currently expanding our office to double the amount of desks. For the right candidate, there's certainly team leading opportunities if that's what you're looking for. We think its important to look after our staff and our retention rate proves that too, and this year, we are trialling a flexi time shift pattern which is working very well within our current teams, offering much greater flexibility and a good work/life balance and a welcome change from the usual 8 til 8 mentality in other agency environments!
We're looking for established Recruitment Consultants who can demonstrate at least 1-2 years successful billing in a contract or temp environment who are looking for a change of role in perhaps an environment that treats you properly and like an adult!
