Your Role: 

As one of our Designers, you’ll translate seasonal trends into innovative, interior inspired designs. 

Working closely with our Marketing Team, you’ll thrill customers by producing inspiring designs and effects for ceramic and glass products. You’ll maintain your awareness of the market and emerging trends to ensure that we deliver the very best to our customers every time. 

We believe that collaboration is key to creating outstanding products, so you’ll be required to travel to customers and suppliers, both locally, nationally and abroad on occasion. 

About You: 

To become a member of the British Ceramic Tile team, you’ll need: 

- Previous studio experience 
- Excellent Adobe Photoshop skills and a good level of IT literacy 
- A flexible approach to working hours 
- The willingness to travel 
- A creative mindset and outstanding eye for detail 

Ideally, you’ll also have a degree (or equivalent) in design, but this is by no means essential. What’s more important is your passion for interiors and determination to delight customers. 

We are eager to hear from you if you’ve held the title of Creative Designer, Studio Designer or Product Designer. Other organisations may call this role a Tile Product Designer, Creative Product Designer, or Interior Product Designer.
