An exciting opportunity has arisen for Production Operatives who will work in an allotted area to ensure that Production and Planning runs smoothly. You will follow written work instructions of Quality and Food Safety systems in order to achieve plan and consistent, safe products be responsible for the recording of all materials that flow through the business.
Day to Day Duties:
- Follow the instructions of the Production and Shift Manager to achieve the production plan
- To follow the written work instructions of the Quality system to achieve a consistent, safe product meeting the requirements of the customer
- Operate machinery in line with written work instructions
- Work at the rate required to achieve the production plan
- Monitor the process to achieve the rquired quality of product
- Collect samples and complete production and quality records
The successful Production Operatives will have worked in a FMCG Production environment previously and a solid work history.

- Ability to work under instruction
